Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered on eligible orders during promotions or above a specified order value.
  • If shipping charges apply, they will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS (where applicable)
  • Your tracking number
  • Courier partner details

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their standard process.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Order refusal

additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


7. Delayed Deliveries

Although we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Delivered in damaged condition

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments).

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.
