1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong Size
  • Manufacturing Defects
  • Incorrect Product Delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the product, subject to this policy.


7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

The customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


8. Refund Processing Time

After your return is approved:

  • Inspection: 1–3 Business Days
  • Refund Initiation: 2–5 Business Days
  • Bank Processing: 3–7 Business Days

Actual processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
